OnePlus is all set to announce the OnePlus 15 in October in China. Ahead of the launch, the brand has begun sharing key details about the device. While recent reports have revealed its renewed rear design, new posters rolled out by the brand give a good look at the phone’s display and front design.

OnePlus 15 display design revealed

As can be seen above, the OnePlus 15 has an impressive flat display with rounded corners. While the company hasn’t confirmed the display size, it is confirmed to be surrounded by 1.15mm ultra-thin bezels. Another poster hints that the OnePlus 15’s display will support a 165Hz refresh rate.

Reports have revealed that the OnePlus 15’s display will support a 1.5K resolution. The device is already confirmed to feature the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. Its recent Geekbench sighting revealed that it will have 16GB of RAM and run on Android 16. While the Chinese edition will have the ColorOS 16 user interface, its global version is expected to ship with OxygenOS 16.

The OnePlus 15 is expected to pack a battery of around 7,000mAh capacity, which will support 100W wired and 50W wireless charging. Its Detail Max engine-powered rear camera setup is expected to include a 50-megapixel 1/1.56-inch primary camera with an f/1.6 aperture and OIS, a 5-megapixel Samsung JN5 periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom, and an ultra-wide snapper. OnePlus India has also started teasing the arrival of the OnePlus 15. This indicates that the device may debut in November or December, much earlier than its predecessor, which debuted in January 2025.

OnePlus is also expected to launch the OnePlus Ace 6 featuring the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 alongside the OnePlus 15 in October in China. A modified version of the Ace 6 is expected to release as the OnePlus 15R in India.
